Join us for a guided snowshoe hike on Saturday March 5th 1:00PM - 3:00PM. Free and all ages are welcome! This will be a one-two mile guided hike on one of Ninevah Foundation’s public trails. Kelly Beerman, Conservation Director, will lead the hike through a forested area protected by the Vermont Forest Legacy Program. Come learn more about our lands and trails on this fun, casual community snowshoe!
Trail location and directions will be confirmed and emailed to all registered participants the day before the event. We will likely be meeting at the SAM trailhead on Dublin Rd off rt 100 in Plymouth, Vermont.
Aside from snowshoes, you will need to dress warmly in layers, wear a pair of warm, comfortable boots, your own waterbottle filled with water, and bring any energizing snacks to fuel your hike. If weather conditions are not favorable for the event, we will notify registered participants within 24 hours to cancel or reschedule the snowshoe.
COVID Safety: we will be outdoors and masks are optional. All participants must be vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 as recommended and eligible per the CDC guidelines.
